TULSA Organizations
Our purpose is to provide bicycles and helmets to deserving children. We purchase and assemble new bicycles and provide them to organizations around the Tulsa area for placement.

Oklahoma Bicycling Coalition
The Oklahoma Bicycling Coalition promotes bicycling access, safety and education throughout Oklahoma.
NATIONAL Organizations
League of American Bicyclists
The LAB's mission is "To promote bicycling for fun, fitness and transportation and work through advocacy and education for a bicycle-friendly America." They do this by representing the interests of the nation's 57 million cyclists. With a current membership of 300,000 affiliated cyclists, including 25,000 individuals and 700 affiliated organizations, the League works to bring better bicycling to your community.
Adventure Cycling Association
The mission of Adventure Cycling Association is to inspire people of all ages to travel by bicycle. They help cyclists explore the landscapes and history of America for fitness, fun, and self-discovery. Established in 1973 as Bikecentennial, Adventure Cycling is the premier bicycle travel organization in North America with 44,500 members nationwide. We are headquartered in Missoula, Montana.
International Mountain Bicycling Association
The mission of the IMBA is to create, enhance and preserve great mountain biking experiences. Since 1988, IMBA has been bringing out the best in mountain biking by encouraging low-impact riding, volunteer trail work participation, cooperation among different trail user groups, grassroots advocacy and innovative trail management solutions.
The National Center for Bicycling and Walking
The National Center for Bicycling & Walking (NCBW) is a resident program at Project for Public Spaces, Inc. NCBW was establishing in 1977, as the Bicycle Federation of America, Inc. NCBW's mission is to create bicycle-friendly and walk-able communities. The aim of the NCBW's program is to change the way communities are planned, designed and managed to ensure that people of all ages and abilities can walk and bike easily, safely and regularly.
America Walks
America Walks, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit national organization is leading the way in making America a great place to walk. We provide a voice for walking and walk-able communities with federal agencies, provide strategy support, training and technical assistance to statewide, regional, and local organizations, and serve as the convener of the national Every Body Walk! Collaborative. Together, America Walks and the Every Body Walk! Collaborative boast 700 allied organizations who across the nation are working to increase walking and make America a better place to walk.
USA Cycling
The vision of USA Cycling is to make the United States of America the most successful country in the world of competitive cycling. Their mission is to achieve sustained success in international cycling competition and grow competitive cycling in America.
America Bikes
America Bikes believes cycling can improve Americans' quality of life by providing inexpensive and sustainable transportation and recreation. They are a nonprofit organization of bicycle community leaders that advocates for bike and pedestrian initiatives under the federal transportation bill.
Safe Routes to School National Partnership
Launched in August 2005, the Safe Routes to School National Partnership is a fast-growing network of hundreds of organizations, government agencies and professional groups working to set goals, share best practices, leverage infrastructure and program funding and advance policy change to help agencies that implement Safe Routes to School programs.
The Pedestrian and Bicycling Information Center
The Pedestrian and Bicycle Information Center (PBIC) is a national clearinghouse for information about health and safety, engineering, advocacy, education, enforcement, access, and mobility for pedestrians (including transit users) and bicyclists. The PBIC serves anyone interested in pedestrian and bicycle issues, including planners, engineers, private citizens, advocates, educators, police enforcement, and the health community.
Yield To Life
Yield to Life’s Mission is to engage in a vigorous awareness campaign to promote positive attitudes toward cyclists and replace any hostility that exists between motorists and cyclists with understanding, respect, and appreciation for all life on the road. Safety for every cyclist is the top priority of Yield to Life.
Rails-To-Trails Conservancy
Rails-to-Trails Conservancy is a nonprofit organization based in Washington, D.C., whose mission it is to create a nationwide network of trails from former rail lines and connecting corridors to build healthier places for healthier people.
People for Bikes
We’re all united by a shared passion: bikes. Bikes keep us healthy, carry us from point A to point B, save us from high gas prices, and make our air cleaner and our roads less congested. Bikes fill our lives with adventure and excitement, relaxing our minds and energizing our souls.

National Bicycle Dealers Association
The NBDA is a non-profit association promoting the interests of every specialty bicycle retailer in the United States. Each dollar raised goes towards funding member programs, and every program is approved by an active, elected volunteer board of directors comprised of specialty bicycle retailers.

World Bicycle Relief
In order to promote bicycling around the world, people need bicycles to ride. World Bicycle Relief has taken up the challenge of empowering people through the bicycle by providing bikes to ride, assistance for working on bikes, connections with local governments and organizations, and much more in many places around the world.
One Street
Their mission: To serve, with kindness and respect, leaders of organizations working to increase bicycling, including pedestrian, transit and social equity needs. One Street is an international non-profit organization based in Prescott, Arizona and led by an international team from diverse cultures, communities and bicycling concerns, all united on these key PRINCIPLES: In order for bicycling to reach the forefront of society, each and every organization working to increase bicycling must operate at the highest standards of ethics and effective management.
European Cyclists' Federation
Since our foundation in 1983, ECF has had one goal: To promote cycling as a sustainable and healthy means of transportation and recreation. Their roots are in Europe, but the challenges faced are global. We believe the bicycle is a solution to many of the world’s woes. We therefore have an ambition to export both ours and our members’ expertise worldwide.
Cycling UK, formerly Cyclist's Touring Club
Cycling UK (formerly CTC), the UK’s largest cycling charity*, inspires and helps people to cycle and keep cycling, whatever kind of cycling they do or would like to do. Over a century’s experience tells us that cycling is more than useful transport; it makes you feel good, gives you a sense of freedom and creates a better environment for everyone.
Australian Cycling Council
The Australian Bicycle Council's role is to:
- oversee and coordinate implementation of the Australian National Cycling Strategy 2011-16
- provide a forum for the sharing of information between stakeholders involved in the implementation of the Strategy
- maintain a repository of information and resources to promote increased cycling in Australia.
