Join This Machine for a night ride under the moon, on the beautiful Riverparks trail! We will meet at the This Machine station at 41st & Riverside, then go on a very casual ride.
This month's full moon is officially tomorrow (May 5th), but we know many of you will have other plans for Cinco de Mayo. The moon will be almost full on the 4th, and will still be beautiful!
This Machine bikes are available to rent on a first-come, first-served basis
Helmets are recommended, but not required
This route is entirely on the trail, and is protected from traffic
This is a very casual ride! No need to wear cycling-specific clothes or be an experienced / super-athletic rider. We'll go less than 10 miles (which will feel closer to less than 5 on one of our bikes).
We recommend you bring water, and whatever else you may need to stay comfortable (jackets, bug spray, etc.)
This event is free, except for the cost of renting a This Machine bike. We recommend the Day Pass ($8) if you do not have a membership ($20/month or $125/year).
Rent one of our bikes, or bring your own.
Kids are welcome! There is a city ordinance that requires our riders to be 18 or older, but feel free to bring kids with their own bicycles, or in kid trailers on your personal bike.
If you're riding your own personal bike, we recommend bringing lights (and maybe a pump or whatever repair tools you may need)
