(Info as of 06/30/2008)

River Parks Trail -
East Bank, 11th to 21st - The East bank trail between 11th street and the 21st street bridge has reopened.
East Bank, 31st to 48th - Reconstruction and widening has begun on the east bank trail from the pedestrian bridge to 48th Street. The trail between 31st street and 48th street plus the 41st street parking lot will be closed during this construction. The trail from 31st street to the pedestrian bridge will remain open during the construction. The expected completion date is late September.
West Bank, 51st to 71st - The west bank trail between I-44 and Turkey mountain is now open.

Midland Valley Trail - Work has been completed on the Midland Valley trail extension between 15th Street and 13th Street.

Creek Turnpike Trail - The Haikey creek bridge (along the Creek turnpike trail) is complete.

Wikham Rd - Sapulpa - The south end of Wickham Road, which runs to the west of the Sapulpa Walmart, is being rebuilt. The road has been torn out from the school south to Teel Road and is currently gravel.

Keatonville Road - This road has been closed.

Wekiwa Road bridge out near Keystone Dam - Recent heavy rains damaged a Wekiwa road bridge near 209th West Avenue. This section of Wekiwa road has been closed and the bridge will probably have to be replaced. To detour around this closed section of road you'll have to go north on the New Prue Road, which has a full width shoulder starting just north of highway 412, and take either Anderson Road or Shell Creek Road. Riding this detour in a clockwise direction is suggested, unless you're looking for a very steep climb!

Osage Prairie Trail -
Mohawk Blvd & 36th St N - The gravel base has been laid and some concrete poured to replace the section of trail that was closed between Mohawk Boulevard and 36th Street North for construction of the new freeway overpass.
North end of OSU Tulsa parking area - Gravel base has been laid for the section of trail that will be rerouted due to the construction of the Langston University building parking lot at the north end of the OSU Tulsa campus. This is the section of trail that passes through the dirt construction mess just north of the OSU Tulsa campus.

If you know of any construction on cycling routes feel free to contact Ross Snider at ross4@cox.net or 606-1519.
